WE ARE MARC AND EDNA

We are Marc and Edna, a couple in work and out of it. We met in Menorca, in front of the sea, and the name came out of that blue: blau is calm, it is stillness, it is the natural world. And it is Catalan, which is where we are from.

Marc picked up a camera at sixteen — it was his mother's, who is an artist, and he ended up being the one using it. What caught him was being somewhere, going unnoticed, and catching a reality nobody else is seeing at that moment. Edna has photographed since she was fourteen, and she is the one who plays with the light and decides how it all ends up looking. We do weddings because it is the day all of that happens for real: nothing needs staging.

We work documentary: we record the day as it happens, without interrupting it, and the only time we ask of you is a quiet stretch for the couple portraits. We meet beforehand so that on the day we are not two strangers with cameras. What people tell us most when they see it is "you caught what I felt". We are from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and work mostly across the Penedès, the Anoia and Barcelona — and wherever it takes.

Answers to common questions.

What's included in the photo and video packages?

Every package includes full coverage of the day, careful editing and high-resolution digital delivery. For video, you get a short highlight + a longer documentary cut. All packages are adapted to your length and priorities.

How much does a wedding with Blau Weddings cost?

Every wedding is different, so we don't work with fixed rates. Your quote depends on the length of coverage, the venue and the services you choose: photography, video, content creator or the full experience. Get in touch and you'll receive a personalised proposal within 48 hours, with no obligation.

Do you work outside Barcelona?

Yes. We are based in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and most of our weddings are in the Penedès, the Anoia and Barcelona. We also travel across Catalonia, the rest of Spain and to destination weddings; outside Catalonia a travel supplement applies depending on the place.

When do we receive the final gallery?

A sneak peek reaches you within a week. The full photo gallery is delivered in 6-8 weeks and the film in 10-12 weeks. If you book Content Creator, reels arrive within 24-48h.

How many photographs do we get?

Depending on coverage length, we usually deliver between 500 and 800 selected and edited photographs. We never work with forced minimums. We prefer quality over quantity.

Do you deliver RAW files or all the unedited shots?

No. Our work includes the selection and the editing. RAW files are part of the creative process and aren't delivered. That's how we make sure every image represents Blau Weddings' quality.

How do we reserve the date?

With a signed agreement and a 30% initial payment. The rest is split before the wedding and on the delivery day. We accept transfer and Bizum.
